- AnA castilli Review added: 2018.01.28★ ★ ★ ★ ★This McDonald's was good. The lady who served me was friendly and patient as I took a while to figure out my order (so many choices). The food and drink was the right temperature and them chocolate muffins (which were free because of the monopoly) were so soft and perfect.
Even when someone (member of staff) accidentally threw away my drink and my other stuff as she thought we left, she gave me a new drink and apologised and she gave me a new monopoly card. I didn't even complain about the Gregg's steak bake (that was in a bag which I was saving for later) that she threw away because she was so nice to us and sorry. - Alan Review added: 2018.01.09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely appalling.... Every drive through car had to park up and wait over 20 minutes for their orders. Ques inside the shop where over 30 minutes waiting time while mangers stood around talking instead of helping the struggling till staff who were getting orders wrong due to lack of help.
Not the cleaner McDonald's iv ever visited... Not a place id go back to.
