  Although the offer of a potential prize for leaving a glowing 5* review is tempting, I will just be honest instead.
  
  Not impressed at all. Cheap living, but let me explain. Full of empty promises - I've been waiting 6 months now to have the light and extractor fan fixed in my bathroom, that I was assured would be fixed before I moved in. I have done countless things to help them when they ring up, asking for help, often being promised a credit off my rent or something but thus far, none have materialised. Literally all one way traffic - I can't recall a single thing that these guys have actually done that they said they would do for me.
  
  We often end up having to fix problems ourselves as when things are reported, we are met with the attitude of "your rent is ridiculously cheap, what do you expect?" Their management of our property at least, leaves an awful lot to be desired. They appear to have very little understanding of the best way of communicating issues, often sending blanket emails or pinning up signs everywhere, instead of tackling problems head on, which thus far has not worked.
  
  Sure it is cheap rent, but the living conditions aren't good and they are concerned only with maximising profits and just getting as many people in a property as possible and holding on to them - very much quantity over quality. Don't be fooled in to thinking you are some sort of "guardian", it is all about the money and that fact will also be used against you if or when you have a problem. If you can tolerate it though, it is a good way to live cheaply and save some money for something better.
