- Neil Hunter Review added: 2018.07.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆we recently bought a new carpet from the cramlington store however the standard of fitting was appalling. when the manager came out the day after it was fitted she initially said it was fine but then agreed it was not. she then said she would knock some money of if i accepted it ( not a chance ) and then informed us that it was discontinued so a replacement was not available. They claim in there website that they only use trained fitters, don't believe them
