  well what can i say , i visited here today with my partner and 3 yr old grandaughter , altho i have no issue with the actual soft play i found the ordering of food and the toilet situation off putting ,
  
  scenario , an adult attends with a 5 yr old . a 3 yr old and baby 4 month old ,baby is feeding 5 yr old is on older child area and 3yr old needs the toilet , solution , spend minutes hunting the 5 yr old and more minutes coaxing him off oft play , stop feeding baby , trail all 3 children half way round the leasuire center , leaving the pushchair and bags etc ,, or do we take them too ? result , the toddler has had an accident before reaching the loo ,, so trail all 3 kids back to the coded door ,, aghh the ticket with the code is in ur coat pocket, ,aggitated 3 yr old hungry baby and a 5 yr old that wants to go and play ,, eventualy ur let in after staff ask and tell you about the code ,, go and get bag to change 3yr olds wet clothes ,,, trail them all back thru center to toilet again by now the kids are screaming , ,,alls done so back it is to the soft play ,,,phew ,, get the baby back on a feed ,,,, now the kids want food ,,, so its back to rounding kids up thru the lesuire center to order food ,,, n back thro the coded door orderd food back to sort play armed with some hand held device that vibrates when foods done ,,, baby finishes off feed , alls well then device goes off ,, so its back to rounding the kids back up ,for 4th time in half an hour , trailing them all back out to collect food , struggle back with food and ids , by this time 5 yr old decides he needs toilet ,, , come on surely 2 kids toilets could be put in,,the soft play area ,and a better system for food orders ,,, so i could at least have half an hour in the place rathere than spending all the time like im on some sort of bear hunt set up
  well were never going on that adventure again !!!
