The whole process from start to finish was very easy, from liaising with the admin staff, receiving a verbal report on the findings by the surveyor after the survey, and on receipt of the report. The fees were also reasonable after comparison with other surveyors. The report was very clear and concise, making it easy to read and understand. Issues were identified which have now been discussed with the vendor and we are pleased to be proceeding with the purchase. I highly recommend using MADE to undertake a building survey, it might save you from making an expensive mistake.
